[Craic] defeat of Dimitri for Green Party leader

Ted - do you know if anyone is looking at whether Dimitri was defeated by a large pro-Israeli vote re the election of Annamie Paul, the new leader of the Green party?

It appears that it could have been a significant factor.

Also, Annamie Paul is running in the Toronto Centre election in a few weeks - for the seat vacated by Bill Morneau - so it is a good time to ask her for her views on Palestine.

The Liberals are flying in a candidate -- "In a series of tweets Thursday, Marci Ien said she had taken a leave from Bell Media to try to be the Liberal candidate in the riding when either a byelection or general election is called. By the end of the day, the party had declared her the party's standard-bearer. TD Bank Group executive Paul Saguil had previously declared his candidacy for the nomination."
