World wide surveillance seems to be the name of the game, Covid or no Covid.
For starters, every step you take and every decision, conversation or purchase you make with your cell phone is easily tracked.  

Insurance companies will lead the way with mining health care compliance or non compliance.  Compliance will come with access to services; non compliance will come with restrictions.  Once again, mega corporations will determine public policy rather than governments which will be will behind the curve.

Covid merely sends this trajectory into overdrive!
