Hey Billy, 

So nice to hear from you. I, too, have taken to the road, make that paths, to get the exercise in. Sounds as though you are doing just great with it. I do miss the swimming and look forward to the pool being safe again.

Would love to have you come for a visit. We've got plenty of room and do miss having visitors. If they're running, we'll head across town to the Rocky Mountain Turf Club. Woodbine it ain't, but that's ok.
