If so it makes more sense on the surface than the current largely 
reactionary measures we are currently experiencing. At least when you 
have targets you can evaluate weather you are getting closer.

At the same time we should not be blind to the holistic health approach 
to the pandemic: Self care. There are protocols(nutrition and exercise) 
we can do to enhance our immune that will, allegedly, like the vaccine, 
reduce our risk to severe symptoms of the virus.

There should also be debate about the negative consequences of 
lockdown.   Science is about open debate of the facts not the dogmatic 
imposition of one narrative based on our exposure  to  emotional hot 
buttons being fired by the technocratic controlled media and politicians.
