[Craic] how to unsubscribe from list

It is difficult in my new life on Vancouver island to deal with these 
petty tech matters.  It would be easiest if you use this link

to remove yourself  from the list.  That link is also on the bottom of 
the page. My effort should go into changing the list email wording to 
make unsubscribing more transparent which I have just tried.

You can also I believe send a blank email to
