Thanks Al – and we received a call from the City this morning asking for more info as per the email from architect John van Nostrand (below). The recent news articles in the Globe &Mail are getting lots of attention. 10% of Toronto citizens might soon be living in these tiny cabins.

Subject: Proposal for Cabin Cluster
David – the City responded saying they need a written statement not a Power Point as I had forwarded initially. I am trying to get this back to them as soon as I can. Can you please update your pro-formas to include 12 Cabins (at $20,000 each); Common Washrooms (located in two additional Cabins at $18,000 each) and the rent supplements you suggest. Give me a call if you have any questions. I would like to present this to The Gathering Place (Homes First + Woodgreen, etc)– their Leader) once we are comfortable with it and hope that we can include their support as I have outlined herein

Subject: [Craic] Letter to the Editor
Congratulations to David Walsh whose “Letter to the Editor” was published in the Toronto Star today.
David’s letter concludes with a good question for Toronto’s bureaucrats and Councillors.

Ah, but this is TimidTO!
No change is no change. The status quo is good enough for those in power, eh?
Stay hopeful - I’m trying to;
Allan
