Hello David, et al;

I have just finished reading a very interesting book on tenants, by Ricardo Trajan.
It is called: The Tenant Class.
Yes, this tends to be a Marxian type analysis of the conflicting interests of landlords ( capital) and tenants ( workers ). Higher rents make higher profits.
