people for all the land that Israel has stolen in the West Bank and given to the ‘Israeli settlors’ without compensation, and for the ongoing injustices of operating as an apartheid state based on the findings of numerous UN commissions. It is important to
acknowledge the need for reparations both by the Catholic Church and by the state of Israel. Why is there a deafening silence on the latter?
