Coming Event 

Sunday May18th 



Please join us on Sunday May 18th at 1 pm at the Maffeo Sutton Park pavilion for a solemn and heartfelt memorial honouring the lives of children who have been killed in Gaza. We also gather to remember all children around the world who have lost their lives to the violence of war — today , and in recent memory. 



Together, we will hold space for grief, reflection, and hope through moments of silence, poetry, and music. 



This peaceful gathering is organized by a small, compassionate group of community members in Nanaimo who believe in the power of remembrance and the urgency of peace. 



Let us come together in solidarity and sorrow, to honor the innocence lost — and to commit ourselves to a more compassionate world.
