Hi, everybody,

I was on the Zoom mass this morning - by phone.  I moved to Hamilton
yesterday and despite careful preparations to ensure that I could join the
community this morning, I seem to have misplaced the cords I need to
actually use my computer.

However, I have internet (as of Friday actually) and this afternoon Rachel
(my beautiful daughter) brought over a laptop she doesn't use much and now
I am happy to have the use of a computer.

I am still reflecting and meditating on Paul's wonderful homily this
morning.  Yes, I am waiting for the pandemic to be gone, but as long as we
are still living with these restrictions, I can keep in touch with all of
you (including our new members who are far away from Toronto).

I am thrilled to be in this house, to have Rachel and her partner as my
landlords and to be in another city.  Everything in Toronto was getting a
little insane - not just costs of housing.  I once loved the crowds, the
intensity, and everything else about Canada's biggest city but this has
diminshed.

I will be on the computer next Sunday - lots to keep me busy in the
meantime!
