Hi Sunday Community Members,
Here is an update on Fr. Bob Holmes, sent out today by Fr. Jack Hanna, of the Basilians, who is also one of Bob's housemates.

Dear Lay Associates… Please continue to pray for Father Bob Holmes CSB (Maison Frassati, Toronto).  Bob is still hospitalized at St. Mikes in Toronto.  He is disoriented and bedridden.  His physicians have been treating him with antibiotics, but an infection still lingers.  Yesterday, the Infectious Disease team began a new long term antibiotic treatment; Bob will be hospitalized for weeks.  Norm Tanck CSB, Rector of Frassati House, has visited Bob almost daily and Bob’s nephew, John, a physician, has been checking in on him regularly.  Bob’s medical team wants Bob to conserve his strength and so other visitors are not allowed at this time.
