Thanks Maria for your wise words.

I agree that there should be a separate platform for opinions on anything/everything, kind of like 'letters to the editor’ to allow folks to vent, state positions, blow off steam, but please don’t subject us all to them, however interesting they may be. We can all choose to read or not!

This group has been vocal on many similar issues and controversies over the past 45 years since I have been part of the community, and we don’t want to lose that flavour-just not every day!
