Wow, so nice to hear from you. Looks lovely and a Happy New year or whatever it may bring, may it bring you the best.Wanted to write to you to say thank you for your gifts of the single bed and the heat lamp. The heat lamp works fine, I put a stone on it so that it does not tumble and I use a power bar so the contact stays in place. Great for the blood circulation.Looks like you guys did the write thing!Joan

Hi all

Angela and I would like to wish you the best in the new year.  I promised many of you to send some pictures.

| 2020 was a year of profoundly good change for Angie and I.  Last year we were visualizing the elements we wanted in our lives. This year we are now living most of the elements we visualized.  We are now living close to Chemainus on Vancouver island on a rural property by the sea.   We now experience a more active life closer to nature, where contemplating the beauty of  creation is so automatic.  Chemainus, walking distance from our place has many murals.

 Video: start-of-year paleo-mindset
Arthur Blomme Shifting away from a sedentary internet infused mindset to a more active paleo mindset. Good exhilarating stress plunging into the Georgia strait New years Morning when the tide was high.

We have a family of otters that we often see in the mornings before they swim out to sea. These are 3 young otters playing on our lawn.  Dawn is such a miraculus time that is not to be missed.

My own 4 children and grand child  are doing very well in their respective roles.  In the plans are two wedding ceremonies in the month of July. One outside Toronto and the other outside Calgary.

| I don't want to leave you without addressing my concern for the state of the world. I am finding that many of my beliefs about our social reality are at odds with many of you, my brothers and sisters.   Below I am posting the video from 2020 that I resonate with most.  I believe that it is a third world perspective that is essential for understanding the morality of a global shutdown.

"Oneness Vs. the 1%"- Interview with Dr. Vandana Shiva

In this interview, social justice and anti-GMO advocate Vandana Shiva, Ph.D., discusses her book, "Oneness Vs. the 1%: Shattering Illusions, Seeding Freedom," which she co-wrote with her son,...

| Wishing you all the blessings of creation.  I look forward to restoring normal human relationships in the not so distant future. Phil and Ane Marie Little whom some of you know were over for dinner as explained by Phil:

"Our host had waded out into the ocean late last night to harvest a bucket of oysters.  Yes, a little bit risky in the dark but in shallow water killer whale attacks are unlikely.
Dinner started with some appies- cheese, crackers, olives and of course something for a dry throat.
This was followed with a marvellous salad of mixed greens, feta cheese and pistachio nuts.
Then the most delicious oyster chowder was served with a cream base and full of huge oysters.
Would it surprise you that this superb west coast dinner was prepared by a couple living here for only a month. "

Thanks Phil and a Happy new year to all.
