that the reflection in this week’s People Progress was entirely the work of John MacMillan. As I was just back from BC, and feeling not at all up to the task of writing a reflection, John graciously stepped in and was today’s reflection-writer. Crisis intervention takes many forms. Both of our names are there, but it is all John’s work, and I am really grateful to him.
