Hi, Sheila,

This is indeed beautiful.  I have to confess that it made me think of my
dad who was raised in the household of a Protestant minister whom Dad
described as a "rigid Sabbatarian".  In other words, on Sundays the only
thing you could do was read the Bible.  No cooking of food, nothing that
was recreational (My kids often went swimming at the Y after being at mass
in the morning) . . . playing outside in the nice weather was not even
allowed.  I was an adult before I understood my dad's Sunday afternoon naps
and he didn't really let go of this until he was in his 60s.

It's more than a good night's sleep
