I've been watching these videos on prevention and treatment for dementia
and Alzheimers (12 in all) and just finished #8.  I've learned a lot
despite some repetition.  They are free and each is about 3/4 hr in
length.  If you can't get the intro video in this link you can go to their
website awakeningfromalzheimers.com   Once you watch the intro and sign up,
after a few days, you get one each day which is available for you to watch
within the 24 hours from when you get it.  I've been taking copious notes
and don't know when I'll get the time to type them up.  There are good
things we older people can start today to prevent dementia and
Alzheimers, or at least to slow down the progress, all without drugs.   The
50% discount has to do with if you want to purchase the videos but you
don't have to.  Just to watch them is free.
I'd highly recommend watching them.
