this is the second test message

Many of you have noted some changes in email format.  I made some 
changes to the confiuration.  I am trying to tweak some of the problems 
the adminsitrators are experiencing. it i9s kind of a trial and error 
thing.  Don't worry about the email format.   I will try to restore the 
old format.
