[Sundaycommunity] Arch Bishop of Turin speaks out against the tyranny of fear

In reading between the lines in the previous essay, it became clear to
me, that it is really your fear that has segregated you to choice and
to believe that it is better not to vaccinate, even though the bulk
and preponderance of evidence, until now, is not behind you.

And an extension of a thought to consider is that the COVID-19 virus
thrives in the sick and the sicker, the more mutations. Then, If the
purpose is, to do no harm, one has,  to err or do, the right thing and
to vaccinate, since it is the only proven and presently available
possibility to avoid get too sick.

The only segregation I can not accept is the one that has not
facilitated the vaccine to everybody in the planet. This segregation
is really working against all of us, the same as the one you have
choice, of not to vaccinate.
The segregation you talk, Art, is by choice and of defending an
individual right, and by extension, to do harm to others (unless you
abstain to close contact to people). Also, it is not a very loving
proposition.

And eventually, all this discussion would come to pass, since, with
the new medications coming, the vaccine may become something more
specific for the elderly and those of us that have compromise immune
system.
