Today is National Housing Day, and David Hulchanski, professor at UofT and Canada's leading scholar on housing affordability,  acknowledges in his twitter today, the scholarship of  Mary Lou's husband, Dr. John Bacher - re the book he wrote on Canadian housing policy in 1993.
