[Sundaycommunity] Webinar registration for Palestine

Catherine,  I have tried to register for the webinar, but I CAN'T.  I cannot get the form for the "REGISTRATION" to come forward.  THIS would be a good webinar.  I think that I would understand it, as I have been to Palestine three times - I KNOW how they have been treated.  Please send me the form to get into the webinar.  Thank YOU.
Another point, for the book that you had written about "WOMEN becoming Priests", (about 35 years ago, I believe).  You had said that a copy of the book WOULD be SENT to me.  I cannot find the book now, but it was an EYE-OPENER for me, as I had similar ideas, (BUT could not express them - but they were there.)  I had a very serious brain haemorrhage, l974 - which will remain with me until I DIE, but I have also been blessed with OTHER things.  It took place on a Gr. 13 Retreat with Fr. Terry Gallagher - one of the most amazing people that I HAVE EVER MET.  I was also an honours student in Gr.13 - and Ontario Scholar from Gr.12 and I was the First Vice President of the ONTARIO CATHOLIC STUDENTS FEDERATION.  I knew how "life" COULD BE.  I am also married to John Bacher PhD - who has dyslexia and also ASPERGER's disease, but a more personal man, to be married to, I would not really want to know who it would be, as I HAD a very traumatic Br. Haem., l974.  I was introduced to him by David Walsh and Danny Beaton - two good men.
PLEASE SEND ME A COPY of THE BOOK.  I will reread it - it was a fairly short book (and I will ask you some of the questions that have come up for me.)  IT WAS A  G O O D  BOOK.  IT really  IMPRESSED  me.  I have been trying to get your attention at some of the meetings, but you were in a different world that HOW I AM.  Ask Catherine Walther about who I AM!!  She is an amazing woman.  She has been here every 7-8 weeks time, we go out for a meal/show, but FIRST OF ALL we try to get my apt. in some form of an order.  I will be seeing her on Friday.  I do get so much email and mails from ALL of the places that I would   L O V E   to know about, but do not have the time to get involved with,.............  what else is in new???  I do try to get involved with MANY things - on top of a)    doing up work for 6 St. Joseph St.  (Tue. and Thur.)b)    the Taproot meetings, c)    Gertrude Jaron Lewis, d)    the Bible study e)    walks with my fellow co-op members - to Tim Hortons and then back into the STANLEY KNOWLES HOUSING CO-OP!!f)    going to Paul ROBSON'sG)    ETC!!!!!!!!!  (I have many more things that I DO, I am not a sluggard!!!!!)

The arrests of children and youth spread fear and unrest amongst communities. This sense of insecurity - that your children or you could be taken at any moment - is simply one more aspect of the structure of occupation and apartheid in the Holy Land. Non-Palestinian Israelis do not have their children kidnapped by the military in the middle of the night, nor kept without charge. UN commitments to the safety and wellbeing of all people, but especially children, must be upheld. Canada, we must stand up for children’s rights. Please join us this Wednesday at noon.

Imagine heavily armed soldiers breaking into your home at 2 am, dragging your teenager out of bed and taking him off to be interrogated!
Hundreds of Palestinian children are arrested in this way every year by the Israeli military. Many on "suspicion" of stone throwing which can bring a sentence of up to 10 years in jail. Their parents can also be arrested.
In custody the children may be subjected to physical and/or psychological torture to reveal the names of their friends. The conviction rate of the children is 99%.
