  Very informative and compelling testimonies. I personally became aware today of this very pressing reality in the Niagara Region. Here in Alliston we're also seeing a significative expansion of new housing in this case over farm land. City council appears willing to expand their tax base and new housing pop up  quickly. Developers should be part of the solution and maybe they are not. Thank you David for sharing.
