-According to Buffy the Catholic Church has already repealed the 
Doctrine of Discovery. Yet it remains in our government institutions. 
The focus should be on our governments and not on the church. She 
discusses the violent legacy of the U.S. Doctrine of Discovery, the 
derogatory appropriation of Indigenous peoples as mascots in U.S. 
sports, and the importance of implementing positive representations of 
Indigenous figures and culture in the education system.

    Zelensky Calls For NUCLEAR First Strikes Against Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dramatically upped the rhetorical 
ante this week by calling for NATO to launch pre-emptive nuclear strikes 
against Russia, in order to prevent the Russians from launching their 
own nuclear strikes. The statement was so insanely and unnecessarily 
provocative that the t-shirt clad leader immediately walked it back, his 
lackeys claiming that Zelensky had only been talking about increasing 
sanctions on Russia. So what if that makes absolutely no sense?
