Dear !!!!!!!Pat!!!!!!!
Janet Somerville.  She was of "huge" proportions, in a quiet way.  She held herself as a product of the times that she was born into.  She had to have had a GOOD "COMPANY" as she was brought up as a Catholic in the times for a "LADY" in the CHURCH, without any "special circumstances" that would have made her as a)    profound,             /                     b)    lovely                   /   that she WAS!!!!!!                     c)    GOOD lady          /  
She sponsored me for the past 9 years when I ran up the CN Tower.  She was a GOOD LADY.  This I know - my husband, John has said that she was a "HOLY woman"!!!!!!! of this I am certain.
How did she die?  Please let us know, oh PLEASE!  (Last year and the year before, I don't think that she responded to my letters.  She did give me a call back, but when I phoned her back, she was not there - I should have been there, oh GOD HOW I WISH THAT I WAS!!!  She was a GOOD LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Please let us know, how she died, the circumstances of her death, and where she is buried.  I will go and see it.  She was a good LADY!!!!!!!

In addition to her 15 years there as the General Secretary, Janet also worked with Catholic New Times as writer and assistant editor, and was for several years the producer of CBC's radio program Ideas.  If anyone wants to add to the list of her considerable accomplishments, please do (I'd like to know).
