Thanks for sending this.  I'm not always comfortable with the union
response to this landowner\s behaviour and confused by just how to apply it
in my own life.  Certainly we shouldn't value human beings for the "work"
they do as the only contributions to the community.  But it is a bit more
complicated than that and this helps me begin to sort it out.
