Hi, all,

After hours of searching ecard sites and looking at every Christmas (hard
vopy) being sold in the mall, I have decided to skip Christmas cards this
year.  For all of you who will be joining us through our Christmas Eve zoom
mass, I will once again be wishing all the peave, joy, hope and love of the
season then.  For those of you who are elsewhere, I ho pe you are with
family and loved ones at that time..

I am preparing my home for Christmas Day, as I have invited my daughter,
Ravhel, my son, Gabriel, anf their father Bruno to my home for a few hours
then.  I have put my newfound knitting skills (or perhaps found again) and
hope they enjoy the blankets and scarves I've made them.  And I hope others
on my rather short list of gift recipients enjoy the pompoms as muvh as I
have enjoyed making them..  I did reserve a couple for my own tree.

AFter spending last  Christmas in hospital I am happy to be home this year
but I must admit it was only by chance that I found some of my favourite
decorations - especially a beautiful creche that was a gift to me anf my
then children a few decades ago.  I thas everything - when I looked for a
replacement many of the creches I saw had a baby with his prents but no
angels, shepherds, animals or wise men.  This is a little like Santa Claus
being plastered everywhere.

While you feasting anf making merry please think of those both abroaf in
war zones and here in Canada lioning up at food banks.  I pray in
thanksgiving for my warm and cosy  home and the ability to keep up with the
rising cost of basiv healthy foof.
