Greetings friends.  Here is an invitation to a Zoom call with Sr. Elizabeth
Davis, who was a voting member at the first session of the Synod at the
Vatican last October.  Our “CNWE Nine” connected with Elizabeth when they
were all in Rome.  Elizabeth has graciously agreed to Zoom with us, through
an initiative sponsored by a unique collaboration among CNWE-Western
region, Reseau Compassion Network (RCN), the Grey Nuns of Montreal (SGM),
and the Sisters of our Lady of the Missions (RNDM).

We warmly invite you to join us, and to reflect together on how we can
further participate in the process of becoming a Synodal church.  And

Réseau Compassion Network (RCN), the Catholic Network for Women’s Equality
(CNWE – Western region), the Grey Nuns of Montreal (SGM), and the Sisters
of Our Lady of the Missions (RNDM), are pleased to invite you to a
conversation with *Newfoundland Sister of Mercy Elizabeth Davis* (RSM).
Elizabeth was one of fifty-four women among the 365 voting members, who
participated in the Synod on Synodality at the Vatican, from October 1-29
2023.

Sister Elizabeth will *share with us her experience with the Synod’s
listening and discernment sessions, and some implications of being “a
synodal church in mission".* She will also share some thoughts on what may
come next as we continue to move along this path of synodality, which will
conclude with the closing session of the Synod in October 2024.

The Zoom session will be 1 ½ hours in length. There will be an opportunity
for small group sharing, as well as a plenary forum to engage directly with
Sr. Elizabeth. The Zoom room will stay open for 30 minutes after the
official end for those interested in further conversation.

(CNWE - Western region), les Sœurs Grises de Montréal (SGM), et les
religieuses de Notre-Dame des Missions (RNDM), ont le plaisir de vous
inviter à une conversation avec Elizabeth Davis (rsm), Sœur de la
Miséricorde de Terre-Neuve. Elizabeth était l'une des cinquante-quatre

Sœur Elizabeth partagera avec nous son expérience des sessions d'écoute et

Sœur Elizabeth. La salle Zoom restera ouverte pendant 30 minutes après la
fin officielle pour ceux et celles qui souhaitent poursuivre la
conversation.
