Hi Pat,

I’m so happy for you. You’ve patiently waited for affordable housing for
awhile now and I’m so grateful it’s finally been acquired.

I’d offer to come give you a hand settling in, unpacking but I no longer
have a car which makes it difficult. Will you be close to the GO train
station? Send me your new address and maybe I’ll see if there’s a way I can
come for a visit in September.

Hope all goes really well with packing, the move and settling in. And I
hope you make connections there which will be good for your heart and soul!!
