[Sundaycommunity] Heartbreaking News: Passing of our beloved Rita Shaughnessy

I am shocked to hear of RITA's passing.  She was a wonderful, wonderful LADY!  I will always remember her for her goodness, and her "OUT-GOING" ness!  She has really helped all of us in the community.  Brian, have hope.  Life is "still here" - it may be in your memories, or in your PROFOUND gift of being in the community that will always remember her - with goodness.

Dear family and friends of Rita,




It is with deep sorrow that we share the sudden and heartbreaking news of the passing of our beautiful mother, wife, and Nonna on Thursday, July 18. She was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 thymic cancer in May. Unfortunately, and unexpectedly, her illness was aggressive and progressed rapidly. 




Despite the swift progression, she remained peaceful and was surrounded by family and friends right through to the end. This love and support meant the world to her and to us during these challenging times.




Your thoughts, prayers, and condolences are deeply appreciated as we navigate this difficult time together.
