Bill,
This is a shock for all of us.
You and Lindsay have my note from earlier today. Liz was so dependable that I have to say something like this must have gone through your mind—as it did mine—when I wrot you and Lindsay that note earlier.

I have no knowledge of any relatives or special friends.

Again,--about the coming two weeks for me-- I have a fair amount of work at Romero House in these coming two weeks—receiving new workers, opening a new house, etc.) but let me know if there is anything I can do—or anyone in particular I should contact as plans are being made—if need arises. I know there are priests among us who may know her very well. And knowing what type of farewell will be wanted is something I don’t expect to have a role in planning—or seeing through.

So, I am not presuming anything  just by saying I would like to be available in what ever way if the need arises.

I have an Anglican Priest’s funeral this week at Holy Trinity (a dear friend for years) and other events connected with Massey College, And the academic year beginning on 2-3 fronts at once.

Sad news-Liz passed away at home.
I’m here now with paramedics and police.
We called police because we were concerned-they found her lying on the bathroom floor deceased for a few days.

She had mentioned that she had been in contact with someone with Covid while she away at a wedding in Ireland. She said she had a cough and wasn’t feeling well.

Overall very sad. Lots of questions from police about next of kin. If any of you have information in that regard, please let me know and I will pass along to police.

Currently waiting for coroner. Will keep you all posted
