Jack was admitted to St. Mike’s 3 days ago with pneumonia and delirium related to Covid. He is getting better and has been discharged to the Jesuit rehab Rene Goupil house in Pickering. Covid infections are known to cause inflammation of the brain, and the recovery can be variable.

He was scheduled for a zoom mass Jan 19, which I will cancel for Jack and try to book someone else. If not, it will have to be lead by the planner, whoever that may be.

I’ll keep you all posted. Jack doesn’t want calls or visits at this point but you could send him a card to Lourdes parish.
