[Sundaycommunity] Sunday's Zoom Mass/liturgy in honor of Lucia

Dear Sunday Community Friends,

Our Sunday liturgy with Fr. Prakash will be celebrated/dedicated to Lucia.

The following note is going out to family & friends of Lucia:


Dearest Family and Friends of Lucia,


We are saddened by Lucia’s departure from this world but joyful that she is
now in the embrace of the God of Love, Compassion and Peace.


Paulo, Lucia’s nephew, arrived in Toronto Saturday evening and went
straight to the hospital. Lucia’s response to his presence was: ‘Que
bom………….’ How gooood, how glad I am….’  Paulo said that this short
interaction was the greatest gift that Lucia gave to him.


Paulo and the family in Brazil have decided that Lucia’s remains will be
cremated and her ashes taken to Brazil for her final rest.


Lucia is part of a ‘Sunday Community’ here in Toronto that presently has a
zoom Mass/liturgy on Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m. This Sunday, January 26th,
the liturgy will be celebrated in honor of Lucia. In Brazil there will be
an in-person mass celebrated with Lucia’s family.


You are all invited to attend the zoom Mass/liturgy in honor of Lucia this
Sunday January 26, at 11:00 a.m. (EST) 1:00 p.m. in Brazil.
