>From my imposed withdrawal from ordinary activities for a while,  I did not offer my best wishes and solidarity in prayer—and in thanks--for Lucia. AShe was a real fighter…full of hope… and with so much love of life and desire to let God be in her life—and to let herself be in God.
May she know the Divine One fully now—and in great joy and peace.
My best wishes to you all in this passage of her into the heart of Christ.

Greetings Everyone,

This coming Sunday is the 3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time, and the program of songs and responses for the liturgy is attached.

As everyone probably knows by now, Lucia, a beloved member of our Sunday Community, died last Sunday evening.  We will remember and celebrate her this coming Sunday at the Eucharist, which will be presided over by Fr. Prakash Lohale.  Following the homily, there will be a time for some spoken remembrances.  Lucia's nephew, Paolo, who arrived in Toronto from Brazil on Saturday, will say a few words, and then others will be invited to share.

Rest in Peace, dear Lucia.
