Art, I completely disagree.  I say again, CDC, FDA, NIH, USAID, WHO are
full of people who are compassionate.  These people have sought a life of
helping other people and working for their broader communities to make
better communities.  I have personally worked with some of these people.
Their leaders are career development professionals.  I am friends with
several of them.  For the very great part, these organizations do good
work.  You should not be listening to food-store-tabloids spinning paranoid
stories to fuel dark fantasies so as to make the uneducated buy their media
and buy their political allies.

Let me summarize.  USAID objectives:
- Poverty Reduction: A major focus is on reducing poverty and promoting
sustainable economic growth in developing countries.
- Democratic Development: USAID supports democratic institutions, good
governance, human rights, and the rule of law.
- Global Health: Improving global health is a significant priority, with
programs addressing issues like HIV/AIDS, malaria, maternal and child
health, and pandemic preparedness.
- Education: USAID works to improve education systems and access to quality
education, particularly for girls and marginalized communities.
- Food Security and Agriculture: Enhancing food security, promoting
sustainable agriculture, and improving nutrition are key goals.
- Environmental Protection: USAID supports environmental conservation,
climate change mitigation and adaptation, and sustainable resource
management.
- Humanitarian Assistance: Providing humanitarian aid in response to
natural disasters, conflicts, and other crises is a crucial part of USAID's
work.

USAID operates in a large number of developing countries across Africa,
Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.

The benefits of USAID programs include:
- Improved Living Standards: Poverty reduction programs aim to improve
access to basic necessities like food, water, sanitation, healthcare, and
education.
- Economic Growth: USAID's economic development programs seek to create
jobs, increase incomes, and promote sustainable economic growth.
- Stronger Democratic Institutions: Support for democratic development can
lead to more accountable and transparent governments, greater respect for
human rights, and more stable societies.
- Better Health Outcomes: Global health programs aim to reduce disease
burden, improve maternal and child health, and increase life expectancy.
- Enhanced Educational Opportunities: Investments in education can lead to
improved literacy rates, increased skills, and greater opportunities for
individuals.
- Increased Food Security: Programs focused on food security and
agriculture aim to reduce hunger and malnutrition and promote sustainable
agricultural practices.
- Environmental Sustainability: USAID's environmental programs contribute
to protecting biodiversity, mitigating climate change, and promoting
sustainable resource management.
- Humanitarian Relief: Humanitarian assistance provides immediate relief to
people affected by crises, saving lives and alleviating suffering.

These are important objectives and benefits, Art.  Elon the billionaire has
no interest in these kinds of objectives and benefits.
