[Sundaycommunity] American Catholic Bishops lawsuit against Trump

Hi Everyone,
Here, (attached), is another piece from the OCCUPY DEMOCRATS Facebook page.  It reports that the US Conference of Catholic Bishops has launched a "crushing lawsuit" against the US government. The lawsuit argues that the State Department has broken the law by freezing payments to support refugees, and that the USCCB, which is a recipient of government support with regard to several thousand refugees, is currently owed many millions of dollars for this work. The argument is that "the Trump freeze circumvents Congress'sConstitutional "power of the purse" in addition to numerous federallaws."
Good to see the Catholic bishops involved in this fight.
