Your bank website has an option for interac e-transfer. Click on it.

Then click on "one time transfer" or "new contact".

Then enter my e-mail address met191970 at gmail.com

If you have chosen "one time" it will ask you to write a security question.
The transfer will come to me and I'll need to answer the security question
before the money goes into the account.

New contact requires you to enter my e-mail address or my telephone number
416-766-1739.

The back account at Simplii Financial is 008823217.
