I can stop going to the wound care clinic every 3 days. I do think when somebody asked me how I was on Sunday, I did say that I was getting tired of waiting for this partially amputated foot to heal. Well, it has.</font></div>

<div><font size="4">I was also told that I won't need another prosthetic, but will likely be fitted with an orthotic that will help with the balance, having lost the 3 big toes which are so important. And that will be matched with some rehab from a physiotherapist
to get my walking more stable. I confess that I am tired of this hobbling around and want to be able to walk more quickly and smoothly.</font></div>

<div><font size="4">I have had great medical care here in Hamilton and am very grateful for it. All the medical professionals here seem to know each other and don't seem to be in so much of the competitive mode I found in Toronto between hospitals and centres.
There is one medical faculty here and 3 major hospitals, all with their own specialties.
