<p dir="ltr">How can you imagine that Putin's desire is for a world where sharing of power and resources among all is the goal?? Meanwhile, he acts to overwhelm all the former satellite neighbours and emerge as the dominant autocrat. Really, Arthur, are you so embittered as to see Putin as a fair-minded leader?</p>
