She was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 thymic cancer in May. Unfortunately, and unexpectedly, her illness was aggressive and progressed rapidly. </p><p style="margin:0px;font-stretch:normal;line-height:normal;font-kerning:auto;font-variant-alternates:normal;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-feature-settings:normal;min-height:22px"><br></p><p style="margin:0px;font-stretch:normal;line-height:normal;font-kerning:auto;font-variant-alternates:normal;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-feature-settings:normal">Despite the swift progression, she remained peaceful and was surrounded by family and friends right through to the end.
