Her words are also about all women in our Church. They could equally be about us excluded LGBT+. Or about all those of us in “irregular” relationships. Or in other denominations, faiths and marriages. Or all those of us practising birth-control. Or - the most
silenced of all - our vulnerable people and children who are physically, mentally or spiritually abused.</p>
The October 2024 Synod concluded without action on women’s leadership or the possibility of ordination to the diaconate or priesthood. Yet this was the very move that
