Hi Basil

I am here Chemainus BC on what my  friend, Phil has called an estate.  I 
have moved my life away from the computer to the more paleo activity of  
rewilding  an edible forest.

The foremost message that we should take from this dialogue is that the 
vaccine has been approved for emergency purposes and as such should not 
be given to children until it is actually approved for use in the year 
2023.

The probability of me dying if i contract the virus Canada is .02%.  If 
you consider that the vast majority of deaths occur in individuals with 
previous morbidity conditions that probability of dying decreases 
drastically.  These stats do not warrant the fear narrative that we are 
being bombarded with by the media.  I refuse to be ruled by fear.

Public Health should be Promoting the best outcomes for the majority of 
the population.  My view is that is not mass vaccination to prevent this 
minuscule part of the population from dying.  Rather Public Health 
should be trying to remediate the nutrition of people with core 
morbidity to build up their natural metabolic and immunity systems.

So I encourage everybody to get reconnected with the earth, grow your 
own food and establish food independence at the local level. If you 
can't spend time outside you should be supplementing your vitamin D 
levels.  I have checked my vitamin D levels in blood tests to insure 
that I have ample amounts in my blood stream.

I keep on hand Quercetin and zinc.  Quercetin is similar to Hydro Chloro 
Quinalen and when taken with zinc at the first signs of symptoms has 
been proven effective in eliminating the severity of the disease. Latest 
studies in the journal of American Medicine demonstrate the efficacy of 
HCQ and other antivirals in preventing death and severe symptoms from 
Covid 19.

I keep myself attuned to my bodily health.  i study  and implement those 
measures that impove my metabolic health and well being. Especially I 
want to decrease the negative stress of fear in my life.
