Yes.  This is the way that the Dominicans have a Zoom liturgy at their house on Huron.  The laptop is pointed at the altar.  Their community is in the room and the others who wish to participate are on Zoom.  The person who does the music screen shares with the host.
They have been doing this during the pandemic.  You could contact Darren Dias for more information.

To keep things simpler and start things moving and as long as there is
available Wi-Fi, to put a laptop in one corner of the altar as close
as the celebrant as possible to catch sound would suffice.
