Hello all,

Further to our conversation on prayer at our Zoom mass this past Sunday, here's more information about the meditation group that I have been a member of for the past several years.

We practice meditation as passed on through the teaching of John Main in the Christian tradition.  We meet at 7pm on Monday and Tuesday. We start with a 25-minute meditation followed by a short recorded talk by John Main or Laurence Freeman, another leader in this meditation tradition, and then a short discussion - an hour in total.

Below is a short video giving an introduction to meditation by John Main.
