[Sundaycommunity] older musician looking for an apartment

Members of the Sunday community - my friend Paul Hogan knows a musician who recently lost his downtown apartment due to a renoviction in the house where he was living.
I am writing to ask if anyone hears of any leads on a studio or one-bedroom apartment.  The musician is about 75 years of age and can afford to pay rent but has had difficulty sourcing an apt. Paul says: "He's a real gem, an old Taosit sage."
