Dear Brian and Family,

      It is with utter shock that I have just been told of Rita’s sudden passing moments after reading that she had been hospitalized.

      Rita touched me deeply with her grace during her time of waiting for her diagnosis, totally surrendered to God.  

      Brian, I have been especially concerned about you during these weeks.  Please know that we hold you in our embrace.

     I shall truly miss Rita.
