[Craic] Re immigration and taxation schemes in Canada

These are articles by Vancouver Sun reporter, Douglas Todd – they are on today’s Microsoft News Page – re the ways Canada’s immigration and taxation departments have not fulfilled their mandates.

They are quite revealing. Attached is a copy of the first article.
It seems there are so many fraudulent schemes that the government has given up tracking them.
